What CAD software do you use?Predominantly Solidworks

How do I start?Firstly, book a call, by selecting a "Book a Call Today" button. After discussing your requirements we will suggest a plan for your work task(s) and an email will be sent to you.

How do I pay for my design plan?If your are happy to proceed, an email will be sent to you, confirming your chosen plan, as well as details of the various ways to pay.All major credit cards are accepted including Paypal. Additional our bank transfer information will also be on the email.

When will work begin on my project?As soon as the payment process has been completed, you will receive an email stating when the work will commence, usually within 24 hrs of payment.

Do I have to pay in full?Yes, payment is in full for the duration of the selected plan and the work will start once funds have been cleared.

How do I pause my plan?We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire selected plan.So to pause your plan, simply email us and once confirmed you will receive a confirmation email stating your remaining allocated time to use in the future.

How do I resume my design plan?You simply inform us by email, that you would like to recommence working with us and once that has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email in return confirming a start date and how long you have left on your current plan.

Do you provide refunds?No, unfortunately we do not provide refunds.
